The moss can be draped and added to branches, whether they be high or low, inside your tank. Java Moss looks good in most aquariums and can be easily used to aquascape your tank. Shrimp will happily eat the white fluff away. There are times when hair algae can grow on the moss, but adding a few shrimp to the tank can take care of that problem. Shrimp are especially great for Java Moss because they can delicately clean the moss, ensuring it stays healthy. Small babies will find safety and comfort living in the soft moss, while shrimp will appreciate having a place to nest as well.
Java Moss is great for breeders because it is extremely friendly to babies and shrimp. In most stores, a portion of Java Moss is about $5 and most pet stores will always have it. You would have to work harder to kill this moss than you do to keep it alive! You can be sure it will add a flash of green to your tank. This moss is hardy, versatile, and beautiful.
